We hope you love your clothes from Front Row Fashion Boutique, but, if needs be, items can be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us at hello@frontrowfashions.co.uk to get a returns number and include this in the return package with the enclosed form. Without a returns number we won’t be able to identify packages that arrive to our warehouse and will not be able to process your return.

As we are a small business, we don’t offer free returns postage; customers are liable for their own return postage costs. The exception to this rule is the unlikely event that goods are faulty or damaged. We recommend using a recorded service, and our returns address is:

Any items for return must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. If items are returned in any other state they will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to you.

All items returned to us are the senders responsibility.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order for us to order the item in the colour and size you would like. Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed as they are ordered specially for you.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale, therefore they are non returnable. 

When will I get my refund?

As soon as we’ve completed your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether a refund has been processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer. If you’ve sent a return and haven’t heard from us within 7 working days, please contact us at hello@frontrowfashions.co.uk

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

Sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, get in touch and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible. Please note that we only refund the delivery charge on cancelled orders (before dispatch) or if the goods are faulty.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

We take pride in our quality and want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. If you discover a fault, please contact us at hello@frontrowfashions.co.uk with the order number, description and photograph of the fault and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
